Safe ba ang data ko?

Yes. Data mo is encrypted and stored in Cloudflare's global network. Isolated per account — nobody else can see your data. We don't sell or share your information.

Kailangan ko bang mag-install ng app?

Hindi. Singil is a web app — works sa any browser. Pwede mo ring i-"Add to Home Screen" sa phone mo para parang native app ang dating. Works offline din kapag nawalan ng signal.

GCash ba ang payment method?

Yes, tumatanggap kami ng GCash at Maya para sa subscription payments. Ang tenants mo naman pwede mag-pay sa iyo via GCash, cash, or any method — i-record mo lang sa Singil.

May contract ba or lock-in?
